Description

1200 ton rubber hot press is a key equipment in the field of rubber products processing, mainly used for large rubber products vulcanisation moulding process.
Large tonnage pressure
The 1200-ton pressure is designed to meet the vulcanisation needs of large rubber products (e.g. tyres, seals, rubber sheets, etc.), ensuring that the products are fully vulcanised under high pressure to enhance the physical properties and durability of the products.
High precision control system
Adopting advanced PLC or numerical control system to achieve precise control of temperature, pressure and time, to ensure the stability and consistency of the vulcanisation process and reduce the rate of defective products.
Efficient heating system
Usually equipped with electric heating or steam heating system, the heating speed is fast and uniform, which can quickly reach the vulcanisation temperature (usually between 140℃-200℃) and improve the production efficiency.
Durable structure design
The main body of the equipment is made of high-strength steel or cast iron structure, and the hot pressing plate is specially treated to be resistant to high temperature and corrosion to ensure long-term stable operation.
Safety Protection Device
Equipped with overload protection, over-temperature alarm, emergency shutdown and other safety devices to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
