100 tons mobile tire press for tire removal equipment
Mobile tire press” is a kind of flexible and movable equipment specially designed for tire demounting and mounting (especially for large/heavy tires). Its core function is to quickly remove tires from rims (tire removal) or accurately press the tires together (tire mounting) through mechanical or hydraulic devices, which solves the pain points of traditional fixed presses that can not be moved, and are difficult to adapt to outdoor or multi-location operations.
Description
Mobile tire presses are mainly used for large/heavy tire demounting operations, especially suitable for the following scenarios:
Tire replacement: Tire demounting for trucks, buses, engineering machinery (loaders, excavators), agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters), mining machinery (mining trucks, drilling rigs) and other large equipment;
Emergency repair: outdoor operation sites (such as construction sites, mines, ports) due to tire breakage need to be quickly replaced, to avoid long-distance transport of vehicles to the repair shop;
Tire retreading: old tires need to be disassembled and cleaned up before retreading the tire lip, the tire press can assist in completing this process.
