Frame hydraulic press Metal punching calibration presses
Frame press is a kind of pressure processing equipment designed with frame-type body structure as the core, and its body usually consists of column, upper crossbeam, and lower crossbeam (or base) to form a rigid frame, which is connected to form a whole by bolts or welding. This structural design gives it high rigidity, high stability and good bearing capacity, widely used in metal stamping, plastic molding, rubber products, powder metallurgy and other fields, especially suitable for molding processes that require high precision or large tonnage.
- 2000-ton capacity
- Energy saving design
- Low maintenance
- CE certified
Description
Frame press is a kind of pressure processing equipment designed with frame-type body structure as the core, and its body usually consists of column, upper crossbeam, and lower crossbeam (or base) to form a rigid frame, which is connected to form a whole by bolts or welding. This structural design gives it high rigidity, high stability and good bearing capacity, widely used in metal stamping, plastic molding, rubber products, powder metallurgy and other fields, especially suitable for molding processes that require high precision or large tonnage.
Advantage:
High rigidity body: the overall rigidity of the frame structure is strong, with small deformation, suitable for high-precision molding (e.g. precision stamping parts tolerance ≤ 0.05mm).
Strong load-bearing capacity: can withstand large tonnage pressure (thousands of tons), suitable for large or thick material molding (e.g. ship steel plate bending).
Flexible operation space: large space on the open side of the C-frame makes it easy for manual operation or robot to pick up parts (compare with the limitation of columns on both sides of the gantry type).
Wide process compatibility: stamping, bending, stretching, molding and other processes can be achieved by changing the mold (e.g. switching from sheet metal stamping to rubber molding).
Typical application scenarios
Frame presses are widely used in the following fields due to their rigid structure and flexible process:
Metal stamping: home appliance shells (refrigerator panels, air conditioner heat sinks), automobile cover parts (inner door panels, hoods), electronic components (relay contacts).
Plastic molding: SMC/BMC molded plastic pressing (such as automotive bumper bracket), precision plastic parts (gears, connectors).
Rubber products: seals (O-rings, gaskets), tire tread molding (need to match with heated molds).
Powder metallurgy: iron-based/copper-based powder products (gears, bearings), molded by pressurized sintering.
Aerospace: Titanium/aluminum alloy structural parts molding (e.g. engine mounts), requiring high precision and pressure control.
