Description
Grey Bucket Truck Hydraulic Press is a kind of special equipment designed for metal plate forming, stretching, stamping and other processes of Grey Bucket Truck (transport truck bucket for construction site), which is widely used in construction, logistics, hardware processing and other industries.
Sheet metal forming is carried out through high-pressure hydraulic system to stretch, bend and press the metal sheet (such as iron plate, aluminium plate) to achieve one-time forming of ashtray truck bucket and improve the production efficiency and product quality.
Multi-process adaptation supports various processes, such as drop-feeding, calibrating, pressing, punching, etc., to meet the processing needs of different parts of grey hopper trucks.
The automation control adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or button centralised control, supporting point, semi-automatic and full-automatic modes, which makes the operation flexible and safe.
